The Horse’s Back

After first wormingIn mid-2013, I wrote an article that I thought would be of benefit to my local clients on the sub-tropical coastline of Northern NSW. This was on the subject of neck threadworms, which I had discovered were a problem with my horse. I published the article – The Disturbing Truth About Neck Threadworms and Your Itchy Horse – on my new blog, The Horse’s Back, fully expecting it to receive a few views at most.

To date, it has received 250,000 views from 180+ countries, and I receive ongoing emails from horse owners from around the world expressing relief at finding the source of their horses’ itching problems. I’ve since written two further articles for the blog on the same subject, and have an academic paper in the pipeline.

Since then, four more groundbreaking articles have gone viral on The Horse’s Back:Spinal issues are common to OTTBs
