About Stuart McGregor, D.O.

imagesHaving graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1984, Stuart McGregor has 30 years of practical experience. His dissertation, ‘The principles of osteopathy applied to the horse’ was the first ever written piece of work on the subject of treating horses with osteopathy. In his equine osteopathy practice, he sees thousands of horses every year, ranging from famous horses of famous owners and trainers, to sport, club and leisure horses and ponies.

He has since trained most of the leading practitioners through his post-graduate osteopathic courses at the Osteopathic Centre for Animals in the UK. He is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the British Osteopathic Association, and has lectured extensively in the UK and internationally, and regularly advises organisations in the horse care world – including vets, trainers, riders and other equine therapists – of the equine structure and function.

Stuart works throughout the UK but also has run clinics all over the world including extensively throughout Europe, the USA, Australia as well as consulting and advising clients in South America, South Africa and the Middle East.
